As you all know, Paayas has completed 12 years of its operations. I am having immense pleasure while announcing you all that with your support, Company’s turnover has been of Rs.1462 crore in FY 2023-24 with a net profit after tax of 77.4 million. Board has proposed to distribute dividend @ Rs 8 per share which amounts to 30.5 million Company has incorporated Merwara Fodder and Agri Producer Company in Kekri, Rajasthan under the guidance of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) with the aim to make fodder available to the milk producers throughout the year by distribution quality green fodder seed, encouraging them to produce green fodder, provide technical assistance for silage making.
